As a former state and federal prosecutor, I understand how the other side prepares a criminal case. I apply that knowledge when developing a defense of clients who face criminal charges, including:

Instead, the lawyer will simply try to persuade you to accept any plea bargain or diversion program the prosecutor is willing to offer.
